Produced from Gemlik variety olives native to the Gemlik region, the olives are hand-harvested during the early season and cold-pressed on the same day.

Gemlik (Trilye) is known for its elegant texture and smooth taste. On the nose, it carries notes of ripe fruit, fresh herbs, and subtle walnut; bitterness and pungency are balanced in harmony.

The acid level may show slight variations depending on storage temperature and exposure to light.

All Keyana olive oils are produced during the early harvest period using cold pressing at temperatures below 27°C.
