This agreement is established electronically between the parties below, within the framework of the terms and conditions specified below.

Article 2 - Subject
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the specifications and sales price of which are specified below, ordered electronically by the buyer from the seller's website www.keyanaoil.com, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Article 4 - Delivery
1. The product will be delivered to the cargo company within 5 business days from the buyer's order date.
2. The shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal
1. The buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller in writing or by e-mail within this period.
3. Due to being a food product, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on opened/damaged packaging products.
Article 6 - Return Conditions
1. The product returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal must be unused and its packaging undamaged.
2. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the seller. Returns can be made via UPS or Kolay Gelsin.
3. After the returned product reaches the seller, the amount will be refunded to the buyer in the same payment method used, no later than 14 days.
Article 7 - Resolution of Disputes
In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees at the provincial/district level are authorized for amounts up to the value announced by the Ministry of Commerce; for disputes exceeding this amount, Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
Article 8 - Effective Date
The buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement upon placing an order through the website.
