Right of Withdrawal
- The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
- Food and beverage products cannot be returned once their packaging is opened. For hygiene and health reasons, only unopened and unused products are subject to the right of withdrawal.
- If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
Return Process
- The product must be sent together with its original packaging and invoice.
- For returns under the right of withdrawal, the refund will be made within 14 days after the product reaches the seller.
