Produced from Gemlik variety olives native to the Gemlik region, the olives are hand-harvested during the early season and cold-pressed on the same day.

Gemlik (Trilye) is known for its elegant texture and smooth mouthfeel. It features aromas of ripe fruit, fresh herbs, and subtle walnut notes; its bitterness and pungency are harmoniously balanced.

All Keyana olive oils are produced during the early harvest period using cold pressing at temperatures below 27°C.
