Produced from Gemlik variety olives native to the Gemlik region, the olives are hand-harvested during the early season and cold-pressed on the same day.Gemlik (Trilye) is known for its elegant texture and smooth mouthfeel. It features aromas of ripe fruit, fresh herbs, and subtle walnut notes; its bitterness and pungency are harmoniously balanced.
Free Fatty Acid: 0.44% (expressed as Oleic Acid)
The acid level may vary slightly depending on storage temperature and exposure to light.
All Keyana olive oils are produced during the early harvest period using cold pressing at temperatures below 27°C.
